We are thrilled to announce that Vodafone UK has highlighted its partnership with Tack TMI in a recent article discussing the critical role of female leadership in the workplace.

As a global Learning & Development provider, we are proud to be delivering the Women in Leadership Apprenticeship Programme, designed to empower and support Vodafone’s female employees on their leadership journey.

The article sheds light on new research from Vodafone, revealing that 60% of women consider the presence of female leaders as a key factor when choosing where to work. It also highlights that a significant number of women still face barriers to career progression, including limited access to senior roles and training opportunities.

Vodafone’s Women in Leadership Apprenticeship Programme, delivered by Tack TMI, aims to address these challenges by providing dedicated learning time, skill-building opportunities, and professional network expansion. Over the course of 20 months, participants will engage in structured learning and real-world projects, equipping them with the tools needed to thrive in leadership roles.
