The learning landscape is changing rapidly, and the digital trends we address through our learning include:

Make it bite-sized – It’s common knowledge that we learn best when we learn in ‘chunks’ (Miller, 1956). From French verbs to phone numbers, the smaller the chunk, the better the understanding – and the better the application of our new knowledge in the real world. Users of our Time Manager™ Philosophies will also recognise chunking in this way as ‘Eating the Elephant’; a tried and tested way to tackle tasks that may otherwise be overwhelming, difficult to progress, inconsequential or often postponed.
Self-directed, at the point of need – Learners expect to find answers to their learning needs through a quick search, when they need it. Increasingly, this is on the move or on the go – so mobile access is key.
It’s all in the experience – Organisations and learners increasingly expect opportunities to ‘learn through doing’ – often accessing and consuming digital learning within a learning journey. Interactive simulations create opportunities for learners to fail in a safe environment and take valuable practice back to their everyday roles at work.

Virtual Classrooms (VILT)

Using our learning journey methodology as a base, our VILT sessions stick to a set of bite-sized principles; creating energy, motivation and commitment to change. We keep learners engaged in a number of ways.

Have a message to deliver to the masses? Delivering a keynote? A large-scale training intervention? We have extensive experience of content creation, co-hosting and producing business-critical presentations to large audiences (up to 500). Guaranteeing that everyone gets the message.

Self-Directed Digital Learning

We’re pleased to offer an ever-growing collection of digital content to use in blended learning journeys, or to deliver digital learning at the point of need. We typically license collections of digital assets on a per user basis or Enterprise-wide.

Gamification and Social Learning

Gamification is often misunderstood – it’s often nothing to do with playing games. Instead, it’s about replicating game-based thinking and mechanics to non-game applications – to achieve lasting behaviour change and knowledge retention. We offer a unique Learning Experience Platform (Tack TMI Coach) that delivers both Gamification and Social Learning.
